LeBruin is pleased to announce that it has arranged the refinancing of a major Commercial Real Estate portfolio.
The funding has been raised for Parker Green International, a leading Northern Ireland property developer, for the purchase of loans from Cerberus Capital Management. Cerberus purchased the Project Eagle portfolio of Northern Ireland assets from NAMA last year.
Parker Green is the first borrower to refinance its Cerberus loans, and is due to embark on significant investment a result of the transaction, which has been financed by Garrison, a leading investment firm based in in New York. The deal will lead to extensions to retail projects at The Quays Shopping Centre in Newry and Fairgreen Shopping Centre in Carlow.
In the last year, LeBruin has raised €2.5bn in funding for projects including the refinancing of the Jervis Street Shopping Centre and the provision of development funding for the Montrose Student Residence.
